To enter the contest, simply email us at contact@gchdky.org. Include your name, age, and a description of what type of art you will submit. Please get your parent's permission before emailing us.

All entries must be turned in by March 29th, 2024.

How to turn in art:

Drop it off at the health department in Leitchfield.

Digital art can be emailed to us at contact@gchdky.org--please include "art submission" in the subject line.

One winner will be selected and receive a $50 Visa Card donated by the Cecilian Bank.

(examples: anti-vaping, pro-vaccination, etc.)

Art submitted will become the property of GCHD and may be used and displayed by GCHD.
