The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is a service made available to low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to age 5 who are found to be at nutritional risk.

WIC provides supplemental foods, healthcare referrals, and nutrition information for those who qualify. The Grayson County Health Center coordinates WIC services. Eligibility is based on income, household size, and nutritional needs. When applying, have identification, proof of residence, and household income information available to help determine eligibility.
