Harm Reduction
The Health Department offers different harm reduction community-based prevention programs that provide a range of services, including linkage to substance use disorder treatment, vaccination, testing, and linkage to care, social services, and treatment for infectious diseases.

The Grayson County Health Department does not offer a syringe exchange program at this time due to county restrictions. However, we have included a link to a list of syringe exchange programs in other nearby locations throughout the state. Click here for a list of syringe exchange programs.
